Hope Estates provided us with a fully furnished, excellently priced house for two years and ensured that those two years were some of the happiest of our lives! Dear Nick,
We have now all moved out of 28 Young Street and it is spotless! I was just emailing to say Thank You Very Much for a great year. The very few problems we had were very quickly and professionally dealt with (pass on my thanks to Gary and Stephen) and I have been very impressed with the standard of housing/service.

Thanks very much for a great year. I was particularly impressed that you got people out to see us quickly and efficiently when we had problems with the washing machine. You will no doubt be pleased that we have left the house in a good state and paid all our rent on time.

We have been living in Hope Estates houses for the past two years and have had a great time.  Both houses we have lived in have been kept in really good condition and we have loved living there.  Any problems we have had have been sorted out promptly by Gary and Co.  I have recommended and am happy to recommend you to anyone wanting a great house!

We have had a great year and any trouble we have had (very minor stuff) has been dealt with well.  Hope Estates has totally changed my perception of what student landlords are like, I can only provide you with positive feedback and have had a great year living in one of your houses.  Also the all bills package was great value and made life so much easier in such a big house!
